Newcastle

A gloriously sunny morning in Newcastle waiting for the train home after running the coastal marathon…

P.S. The three exhibitions at the Baltic were all excellent. I would highly recommend a visit.

  1. Lovely photographs. Did you go in the Crown Posada? A legendary pub. Egg slicer looking nice too.
I also see you walked down (or near) Pink Lane…we used to go there a lot, to the Jazz Cafe and the Forth (which was also a hangout for the Maximo boys some time ago, though I never saw them…)

    • Had lunch and a couple of ales at the Forth! It was great. Lovely city, Newcastle. I’ve been several times in the last few years and I’ve been charmed each time.
